課程概述 |
藥物治療學VII是為六年制Pharm.D.學生設計的藥物治療學8個modules之一，屬整合性課程，涵蓋病理生理、藥物治療與藥事照護。主題為各種常見化學治療與標靶治療藥物、腫瘤與血液疾病的病理生理、與藥事照護。 |

課程目標 |
上完這些課程後，學生須能了解並盡可能嫻熟：
1.常見化學治療與標靶治療藥物的藥理作用機轉、藥動學特性、使用原則與注意事項、劑量療程設計、療效與副作用監測、與療劑監測等。
2.常見腫瘤與血液疾病的病理生理、藥物治療與藥事照護。

課程要求 |
教學方式：演講加案例討論
案例討論：
1. 於上課前將所有案例列冊，提供給學生，並針對每個案例學生應學習的重點，列出學生應討論的問題。
2. 學習大綱將提供每門課的參考書籍章節。
3. 每7位學生為一組，上課前，需先閱讀參考書籍，並討論所有問題與學習重點。
4. 上課時，如時間許可，教師可以先給學生小組討論；隨後逐題隨機指定學生上台報告，請其他同學加入討論，並針對其報告給予評論，協助學生學習。
成績評核：
1. 筆試：三次考試共100%（每次小考所佔比例依照課程比例計算）
2. 小組討論報告成績依照所佔課程比例加入成績計算
